Our products are consultation-based services, not physical goods. Each session includes personalised guidance, written summaries, and access to interactive tools. Because services are delivered upon scheduling, different terms apply compared to physical product returns.

2. Cancellation Before Session

You may cancel a booked consultation at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price.

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before the original appointment. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time.
